Record Security

This improvement introduces a Record Security modal that provides Record Owners and Administrators with clear visibility into who can view a record and controlled options to grant additional view-only access when needed. Accessible from the Quick-View menu (Three dots → Record Security).

The modal presents three tabs: Assigned Users, which lists all users who already have access through workflow roles in a read-only view; Viewers, where Record Owners/Admins can add or remove additional view-only users or groups, search and select multiple users, enable a Share with Entire Team option, and automatically notify newly added viewers by email; and Viewers (Inherited), which displays users who have access through related records in a read-only view. Changes made in the Viewers tab do not affect workflow assignments and are limited to view-only access. All add and remove actions are captured in the audit trail to ensure traceability and compliance.
