Resolving a Query

  1. Navigate to the relevant SSU Query in the system.
  2. Click the Resolve button – the Resolve Query pop-up is displayed.

  3. Verify the following options are available:
    • Resolution: Resolve
    • Comments text box
    • Cancel and Resolve buttons
  4. Enter the required comments and click Resolve.

  5. Confirm the success message: Resolve Query - Query was successfully resolved.
  6. Verify in the Queries tab (Quick View Panel) that the query status is updated to Resolved.

  7. Navigate to the Query Module. Here the user can able to view the SSU Queries.

  8. In the Pending folder, select the document the quick view panel is displayed.
  9. Click Add Assignees and send the query to the added assignees.

  10. Click the Resolve button – the Resolve Query pop-up is displayed.

  11. Verify the following options are available:
    • Resolution: Resolve
    • Comments text box
    • Cancel and Resolve buttons
  12. Enter the required comments and click Resolve.
  13. Confirm the success message: Resolve Query - Query was successfully resolved, and the document disappears from the pending folder.
  14. Click the Resolved folder and select the document.
  15. Verify in the Queries tab (Quick View Panel) that the query status is updated to Resolved.
