Events Manager

The Event Manager module was introduced to streamline the management of amendments, milestones, visits, and other events that occur during a clinical trial. It is essential to have a simple and efficient way to track clinical events as they happen to maintain an accurate picture of eTMF health. By doing so, the eTMF can automatically recognize the required documents associated with each event, plan their due dates, and assign responsible parties as amendments, visits, and other activities take place.

Events can be linked to eTMF Required Document and Placeholder definitions, offering an effective way to manage study milestones. This automatic application of planned documents enhances the quality of eTMF health measurement. Placeholders are defined and applied as part of amendments, milestones, visits, and other trial activities, with the flexibility to include or remove sites and countries as needed.

The Event Manager module can be accessed from the navigation grid at the top left corner.
