Filters

The Compliance Health dashlet can be filtered by Training Groups.

To apply filters, follow the steps below

1. Click on the All Training Groups filter dropdown and select the required training groups by clicking on the respective checkbox.

   

2. Once a training group or multiple training groups are selected, an additional stacked bar chart is displayed on the dashlet showing statistics about the selected training groups.

Each bar represents a different category of course completion status, with the length of the colored section indicating the percentage of courses that fall into each category.

Considering the above image, refer to the table below to understand the statistics.

Status	Color	Description
Completed	Green Bar	Represents courses that were completed on time. The value here is 0%, indicating no courses have been completed within their designated deadlines.
Completed overdue	Purple Bar	Represents courses that were completed but overdue. The entire bar is filled, showing 100%, meaning all the completed courses were done past their deadlines.
Not completed overdue	Yellow Bar	Represents courses that are not completed and are overdue. The bar shows 66.67%, indicating that two-thirds of the courses that are still incomplete have missed their deadlines.
Not completed/not yet due	Red Bar	Represents courses that are not completed but are not yet due. The bar shows 33.33%, indicating that one-third of the incomplete courses still have time left before their deadlines.
