Follow the steps below to send an email to the recipient(s)
- Click the Email button displayed in the top
menu bar. This opens the Email popup window.
- Enter the details in the mandatory fields – Recipients, Subject.
- Click the Add button beside the Recipient(s) and the Choose Email Recipients pop-up window is displayed with the Users, Groups, and Contacts list.
- Double-click on the Users, Groups, and Contacts from the list. The selected users were added to the right pane (Selected members) of the Choose Email Recipients screen.
- Click the Save button.
- Write the mail in the body text box provided below.
- Click the Send button at the bottom
of the popup window.
- Click the appropriate option – Yes, Yes, And Publish to Investigative Sites, No displayed in the Save Conversation popup window.
