Manage Certificate for Courses

To retrieve certificate details and perform related actions, follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to the Manage Certificates > Courses tab and apply the following filters, if required.
  2. Click on the Apply button.
    1. Non-Study Name/Number
    2. Training Groups
    3. Users
    4. Courses
    5. Sites
    6. Suspended Account
    7. eTMF status
    8. Certificate Status

  3. Based on the criteria applied, the results will be displayed accordingly.

  4. Select the users by clicking on their respective checkboxes and perform the following actions.
    1. Download Certificate
      1. Click on the Download Certificate option.
      2. A ZIP file having the certificates gets downloaded on the system.

    2. Re-Send Certificate to Learner
      1. Click on the Re-Send Certificate to Learner
      2. The Re-Send Certificate to Learner popup displays the success message.

    3. Re-Generate Certificate
      1. Click on the Regenerate Certificate option.
      2. The Re-Generate Certificate popup displays the confirmation message.

    4. Re-Send to eTMF – This option becomes accessible when the eTMF integration is enabled with GlobalLearn.
  5. To perform all the above actions for an individual record, click on the horizontal ellipsis (three horizontal dots) icon.
