Transcript

Transcript is a training log or history of the courses that are assigned to a user and/or his/her self-enrolled courses.

A Transcript can be described as a training log or a history of courses that are assigned to a user or for which they have self-enrolled. A Transcript provides a detailed overview of the training logs of either an individual user or all the GlobalLearn users depending upon who is retrieving the transcripts. Users can view their transcripts, other users' transcripts (depending upon user role), and external training records (if assigned).

To access Transcript, follow the steps below.

1. From the left-hand navigation pane, click on Transcript dropdown and select any one of the options.
   1. My Transcript
   2. My Direct Reports
   3. External Training
