My Review

My Review provides an overview of documents assigned to the user within the 2-Step Workflow. It helps track the status of documents, manage reviews, and take action.

Editor, manager, and administrator-level users can perform Quality Control Review, while reader-level users cannot.

To participate in the quality control workflow, a user must be assigned to at least one QC-related group in the User Management area. For details on adding users to a group, refer to the relevant section of this guide.

In Content Management rooms, a user’s group is typically based on their job function. The corresponding department or group is then selected for inclusion in the approval workflow.
