Manage Learner Status

The Manage Learners Status option allows users to update status for multiple courses in bulk.

  1. Click on Manage Learner status from the More Options dropdown.
  2. On the Manage Learner Status screen, Add or Remove the required number of learners.
  3. Additionally, fill in the information for the following fields
    1. Changed Status*
    2. Completed Date*
    3. Reason For Changes*
    4. Select any one eSginature option
      1. Override eSign and Mark the Course Complete
      2. Complete the learning activities but leave the course set to eSign Required.
    5. Signing Reason*
  4. Click on the Finish button once all the details are added.
