My Direct Reports

The My Direct Reports allows users with a manager role to retrieve transcripts or training logs of their direct reportees. Additionally, users with a QA role can retrieve transcripts of all GlobalLearn users.

To retrieve transcripts of a direct reportee as a manager or any GlobalLearn user as a QA, follow the steps below.

  1. From the left-hand navigation pane, select Transcripts > My Direct Reports.
  2. On the My Direct Reports screen of the particular user, apply filters to retrieve the required transcripts. It is possible to select multiple options in each filter.

    Room Name Name of the Rooms created in GlobalLearn
    Employee Name Name of the users whose account exists in GlobalLearn

    In Progress

    Completed

    Site Role User roles associated with the site.
    Per Page Number of records to display on each page.
    Course Assigned Date From The date from when the courses need to be selected
    Course Assigned Date To The end date from when the courses need to be selected.
  3. Click on the Search button once all the filters are applied.

  4. Based on the filters applied, the records and filtered and shown for each user.
