A user or learner may take a course or workshop training outside the organization and receive a course completion certificate. It might be vital to add this course completion certificate as part of their comprehensive training history. In such cases, the learner submits the completion certificate to the manager, and the manager signs the report and adds it to the GlobalLearn as a part of the training for the user.

Note:
  • QA and Admins can add external training for all users in GlobalLearn
  • Managers can add External Training for their direct reportees.
  • Any user with the QA role can add the completion certificate to any user’s training history.
