My Learning Plan

The My Learning Plan dashlet displays the learning plans assigned to users. A learning plan comprises multiple courses that a user must complete in the specified order to obtain the course completion certificate.

To view details of pending and completed courses and download the course completion certificate follow the steps below.

1. Click on a Learning Plan name to view the courses and download the status. The Learning Plans screen shows the required courses in sequential order for users to complete to earn the certificate.
2. Click on Launch to start a particular course.

   

3. Once all the courses in the learning plan are complete, the Certificate of Completion becomes accessible. Click on Download Certificate to download the certificate on the system.
4. Click on Get Certificate Again to receive a copy of the certificate as an email attachment.
