Homepage Username Menu

  1. Click on the Bell icon or your Username located in the top-left corner of the screen. A side menu will appear, allowing you to view and access options such as My Profile, Contact Help, User Guide, About Trial Interactive, and Notifications.

  2. Changing the Language

    To select your preferred language, click the dropdown arrow next to the language selector and choose the desired language from the list.

  3. Viewing Profile Settings

    To open your profile settings, click on My Profile. The My Profile window will appear as shown in the screenshot below.

  4. Contacting Support

    To reach support, click on Contact Help. The Contact Support window will appear. Fill in all mandatory fields, provide detailed information in the message box, and then click Send to submit your request.

  5. Accessing Online Help

    To access the online help guide, click on User Guide. This will launch the Online Help webpage in a new browser tab containing detailed information and guidance.
