Owner Permissions

Users can configure applicable Training Group Owner role permissions or Site Co-Ordinator role permissions. Additionally, users can search for an owner and assign required permissions by clicking on the appropriate checkboxes.

To assign permissions to certain user profiles, follow the steps below.

1. From the left-hand navigation pane click on Company Dashboard
2. Navigate to the Settings section and click on Owner Permissions

   

3. Click on the Select Profile dropdown, select any one of the options, and click on the Search button.

   

4. If the Site Coordinator is selected as the profile, adjust the following permissions by checking or unchecking their respective checkboxes and click on the Save Changes button.

   

5. If the Group Owner is selected as the profile, adjust the following permissions by checking or unchecking their respective checkboxes and click on the Save Changes button.

   

6. If the Instructor is selected as the profile, adjust the following permissions by checking or unchecking their respective checkboxes and click on the Save Changes button.

Owner Roles	Owner Permissions
Site Co-Ordinator	Site coordinators may be long to one or more sites. For the sites they are assigned, their function will be the same as that of a group owner. The Site Coordinator role will also automatically function as a manager to all users assigned to the site group. The site Coordinator can perform the following if the permissions are enabled. Group Owner	The Group Owner role provides a way to have roles and permissions be more flexible and configurable to allow additional privileges to be assigned to the Owner of a Training Group. The Group Owner can perform the following if the permissions are enabled. Assign Course Create Course Receive Email Certificates View Certificate View Transcript
Instructor	The instructor user can perform the following permissions if enabled. Approve/Reject External Documents
