How to Restore User Access
- Navigate to User Management → Users.
- Locate the users whose permissions you want to restore.
- Tick the checkboxes next to the users' names.
- In the top ribbon bar, click the three-dot icon and select Restore
Access from the dropdown options.
- The Restore Access confirmation window
appears. Enter a mandatory reason for restoring access, then click
OK to proceed with the process, or choose
Cancel to exit.
- After confirmation, a notification window will appear, confirming that the selected
user's permissions have been successfully restored.
