Revoke and Restore User

Follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to User Management → Users.
  2. Locate the users whose information needs to be exported.
  3. Tick the checkboxes of the users.
  4. From the top ribbon bar, click the three dots and then click Revoke Access from the options that appear.

  5. The Revoke Access confirmation window appears. Select Yes to proceed with the revoke access process, or choose No to cancel.
  6. Once you click Yes, a notification window appears confirming that the selected user's permissions have been successfully revoked.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to User Management → Users.
  2. Locate the users whose permissions you want to restore.
  3. Tick the checkboxes next to the users' names.
  4. In the top ribbon bar, click the three-dot icon and select Restore Access from the dropdown options.

  5. The Restore Access confirmation window appears. Enter a mandatory reason for restoring access, then click OK to proceed with the process, or choose Cancel to exit.

  6. After confirmation, a notification window will appear, confirming that the selected user's permissions have been successfully restored.
