Revoke and Restore User
Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to User Management → Users.
- Locate the users whose information needs to be exported.
- Tick the checkboxes of the users.
- From the top ribbon bar, click the three dots and then
click Revoke Access from the options
that appear.
- The Revoke Access confirmation window appears. Select Yes to proceed with the revoke access process, or choose No to cancel.

Once you click Yes, a notification window appears confirming that the selected user's permissions have been successfully revoked.
Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to User Management → Users.
- Locate the users whose permissions you want to restore.
- Tick the checkboxes next to the users' names.
- In the top ribbon bar, click the three-dot icon and select Restore Access from the
dropdown options.
- The Restore Access confirmation window appears. Enter a mandatory reason for restoring
access, then click OK to proceed with the process, or choose Cancel to exit.
- After confirmation, a notification window will appear, confirming that the selected user's
permissions have been successfully restored.
