Reject
The Reject option allows the user to reject the selected document if it does not meet the required standards or contains incorrect information. Once rejected, the document status is updated accordingly, indicating that it requires correction or resubmission.
To reject a document, follow the steps below:
- Select a document and click on the Reject button from the document actions
menu.
- Provide a rejection reason on the Reject Document popup and click on the
Reject button.

Note:

To reject a document outside of the standard workflow steps, the user must either be an administrator or they must have the Document Manager action enabled on their user account.
