Requesting a Password Reset
In the event that you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot Your Password?’ at the bottom of the login window to initiate an account password reset.
Users do not need to contact the Service Desk. In most cases, the user can perform the Password Reset operations without any outside help. When you click the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link, a password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your user account.
Follow these steps to reset your password:
- Enter your Email address in the field provided and click the
Reset Password button.
- Enter your Email or Username
in the textbox, then enter the characters that are present in the
picture and click on the Next button.
- Select the “I forgot my password” radio button and
click on the Next button.
- To protect your account, you need to enter your complete mobile
number in the textbox field and click the “Text”
button.
- Once the user enters the mobile number user will receive the OTP. Enter the OTP in the verification Textbox, and click the Next button.
- Please note: If the user is not receiving an OTP, contact your
administrator.
- After entering the verification code, the User can now enter a new password and confirm the new password and click the Finish button.
