FAQ Management
Trial Interactive supports a dedicated FAQ module for a room enabling the creation, review, approval, and maintenance of frequently asked questions and their corresponding answers. This functionality ensures that all FAQ content is formally reviewed and approved by study personnel.
Key Features:
- Centralized and easily accessible repository for study related questions.
- Maintain consistent validated responses throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
- Available for users with to eTMF, Site, Study Collaborate rooms, as well as standard Content Management workspaces.
- Broad visibility and controlled distribution of approved information
To access the FAQ module, follow the steps below:
- Click the waffle menu (navigation grid).
- Select the FAQ module.

- The FAQ module displays the following two tab from the left-hand navigation pane.
- FAQ
- Audit Trail (for administrators only)
- From within the FAQ module, users can perform the following actions
- View the FAQ by
- Create New FAQs
- Edit FAQs
- Delete FAQs
- Export FAQs
- Email FAQs

Note: To access the FAQ module, it must be enabled at the room level by
the Super Administrator user.
