Q&A Module

Q&A refers to the process of asking questions and providing answers to address inquiries or resolve issues. The Q&A section consists of questions asked by users and the corresponding answers provided to address their inquiries. It helps resolve issues and efficiently manage user interactions.

To access the Q&A module, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the waffle menu (navigation grid).
  2. Select the Q&A module.

  3. The Q&A module displays the following tabs.
    1. Q&A
    2. Audit Trail

Note: To access the Q&A module, it must be enabled at the room level by the Super Administrator user.
