View FAQs

To access different FAQ views, follow the steps below:

  1. Access the FAQ module from the Modules dropdown or the navigation grid.
  2. Click on the View by dropdown.
  3. Select a view from the available dropdown list and click on the Select button.
    1. Date: Displays the FAQs grouped by date.
    2. Category: Displays the FAQs grouped by their category.
  4. To configure the selected view as default, choose one of the following options:
    • Set Default: Applies the selected view as the default for the current session.
    • Set Default for All Rooms: Applies the selected view as the default across all rooms.
  5. Click Select.
