Job Aids

Each status that may be assigned to a document during the quality review process must be configured within the Quality Review Status section. The system supports the creation of custom statuses, and each custom status must be mapped to one of the system statuses.

  • Passed
  • Failed
  • Pending
  • In Progress
  • Excluded
  • No Findings

Add Status

To add a quality review status, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Quality Review Settings tab and select the Quality Review Status section.
  2. Click the +Add button.


  3. Enter the status name in the Display Name field.
  4. From the System Status dropdown and select a status from the list.
  5. Click Save.


Edit Status

To edit a quality review status, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Quality Review Status tab, select a status from the list.
  2. Click Edit from the top menu bar.


  3. Modify the display name and choose a different display status if required.
  4. Click Save.


Delete Status

To delete a quality review status, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Quality Review Status tab, select a status from the list.
  2. Click Delete from the top menu bar.
