Document Quality Review Settings
The Documents Quality Review Settings enable administrators to configure and manage audit profiles, including the ability to create, modify, delete, disable, complete, and duplicate profiles as needed.
In addition, users must be assigned an appropriate role within each audit profile, such as Auditor, Audit Manager, or Audit Responder, to participate in the quality review process.
Auditor:
- Users assigned to this role are responsible for reviewing documents and assigning them a status of Passed or Failed.

Any level of user can be assigned to this role.
Audit Manager:
- Users or Groups assigned as audit managers can view audit profile, export audit related data and reassign documents from one auditor to another.

Users within the Group must have Editor or above access level to perform these functions.
Audit Responder:
- Users or Groups assigned as audit responders can respond to audit findings, open queries and make required corrections to documents/metadata.
- Users within the Group must have Editor or above access level to perform these
functions.
