To generate the Site Visit Final Report, follow the steps below. Ensure that the visit status is completed.

  1. Navigate to the Site Visit General Information screen by following the steps detailed in the Site Visit Navigation section and click on the Visit Report link.
  2. On the Visit Report window, click on Create Visit Report.

  3. On the Generate Report window, select additional data from the Related Documentation dropdown.
  4. Click on the Generate Report button.

  5. On the Visit Report screen, click on the View Report link.

  6. On the TI Document Viewer, the report is opened in a separate tab.
  7. Click on the ‘Edit Document’ and select any one of the following options.
    • Edit New Version:
    • Edit With Comparison

  8. If Edit New Version isselected, a new version of the report will be created, which users can edit and save.

  9. Make the required changes and click Save Changes

  10. In the Commit Changes window, enter the comments and click Save.

  11. If Edit With Comparison is selected, users can edit a new version while comparing it with the previous one.

  12. Click on the Start Approval Workflow to send the document for review and approval.

Note:

A final visit report can be routed through the submission/review/approval process within origami.
