Convert to FAQ

To convert a question into a FAQ, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Q&A Module and select the Q&A tab.
2. Select a question with an answer added and click Convert to FAQ from the top menu bar.
3. On the Convert to FAQ window, optionally specify the category and click Create.
