Integration

The Integration settings comprises of the following two sections.

  • General Integration
  • GlobalLink Portal Integration

General Integration

To configure the General Integration settings, follow the steps below.
  1. On the General Integrations page, check or uncheck the following checkboxes to enable or disable the settings respectively.
    1. Upload Documents as Final

    2. Skip Duplicate Checks

    3. Accept documents without the required metadata

  2. Click Save.

  3. Click the Change Log button, located at the bottom right of the screen, to view the changes made to General Integration in the following columns
    1. Item Name
    2. New Value
    3. Old Value
    4. Updated By
    5. Updated On (with the timestamp)

GlobalLink Portal Integration

To configure the GlobalLink Portal Integration, perform the following:

  1. Check the Enabled checkbox.
  2. Add the Organization and Department name.
  3. Click on the ‘abel icon and specify the certificate document type.
  4. Click Save.
