Workflow Settings

In Workflow Settings, Admins configure key details such as workflow statuses, potential issues, timelines, and workflow group members. The workflow setup is outlined in the room's configuration manual and is established during room creation. To ensure accuracy and consistency, it is strongly recommended that any changes to the room’s workflow settings be handled by the Trial Interactive Service Desk.

It is important to note that certain workflow functions are restricted to users at the Super Administrator level (Service Desk Personnel). Attempting to modify a room's workflow without the proper training and access could lead to data loss, document mishandling, or the unintended exclusion of documents from the QC workflow.
