Job Aids
The Form Settings menu is used to manage metadata and form-level configurations across the room. It enables users to customize form fields used throughout the room, including document metadata, Question and Answer forms, and audit-related fields.
Users can select the appropriate category and configure the metadata fields. While the available fields and field options differ by form, the steps to add, edit, or delete settings are consistent across all form types.
To access the Form Settings, access the Settings module and select the Form Settings option from the left-hand navigation pane.
