Contact Types

Within the Contact Types settings section, administrators can add and delete contact types along with adding them as site users or to the protected groups.

Add Contact Types

  1. On the Contact Types settings page, click +Add from the top menu bar.
  2. Add the contact type name.


  3. Double-click the field in the Group column, click the dropdown and select a group.
  4. Check the Add as Site User checkbox and the Add to Protected Groups.


Delete Contact Type

  1. Select a contact type from the list.
  2. Click the Delete button from the top menu bar.
