Job Aids

In the Document Templates settings, administrators can add, edit, and delete document templates.

Add Document Template

To add a new document template, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Document Template settings page.
  2. Click +Add from the top menu bar.

  3. On the Add Template form, configure the following:
    1. Template File: Upload a file by clicking on the magnifying glass icon.
    2. Template Name: Provide a name to the template document.
    3. Description: Optionally provide a description.
    4. Collection Type: Click on the dropdown and select any one of the options.
      1. General
      2. Regulatory Packet
      3. Monitoring Visits
    5. Visit Type: This field is displayed only if ‘Monitoring Visit’ is selected as a collection type. Select a visit type from the dropdown options.
    6. Visit Conduct Type: This field is displayed only if ‘Monitoring Visit’ is selected as a collection type. Select a visit conduct type from the dropdown options.
    7. Visit Artifact: This field is displayed only if ‘Monitoring Visit’ is selected as a collection type. Select a visit artifact from the dropdown options.
    8. Use Simplified Signature: Check or uncheck the checkbox to enable or disable the setting.
    9. Use Document Level Security: Check or uncheck the checkbox to enable or disable the setting.
    10. Category: Select a category by selecting the radio button of the following options:
      1. General
      2. All Sites
      3. Specific Country:
      4. Specific Site

    11. If Specific Country is selected, perform the following to associate a county:
      1. Click the Select button.
      2. On the Available Countries window, select the required countries and click Select at the bottom.

    12. If Specific Site is selected, perform the following to associate a site:
      1. Click the Select button.
      2. On the Available Sites window, select the sites and click Select at the bottom.

    13. Document Type: To associate a document type, perform the following:
      1. Click on the badge icon.

      2. On the Select Document Type window, select a document type and click OK.

  4. Once the required details are added, click Create.

Edit Document Template

To edit a document template, follow the steps below:

  1. Select a template and click Edit from the top menu bar.

  2. On the Edit Template window, make the required changes and click Save.

Delete Document Template

To Delete a document template, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the template and click Delete.

  2. The Delete Template pop-up, click Yes.

  3. Click Yes, the selected template gets deleted.
