Query Manager Options
Query Managers in Trial Interactive are users with permission to view all QC Workflow-related queries in the room and provide assistance as needed. The specific actions a Query Manager can perform are determined by the settings configured here. By selecting the appropriate checkboxes, room administrators can grant Query Managers the ability to resolve queries and/or respond to queries assigned to any user.
- Resolve the Query: This setting allows the query manager to resolve the queries created by others for General, Workflow, and SSU Queries.
- Respond to the Query: This option enables query managers to respond to queries assigned to any users for General, Workflow, and SSU Queries.
- Add Assignees to Query: This setting allows the query manager to add
assignees to an existing query for Audit, Workflow, and SSU Queries.Note: To assign users as Query Managers, add them to the Query Manager group in the User Management module.
