Risk Score – Configuration in Settings
This section explains how to configure the Risk Score settings at the room level. This configuration enables risk scoring for documents and defines how documents are classified into different risk levels.
- Navigate to the Waffle Menu and select Settings.
- From the left panel, expand Documents and click Risk Score.

- Under Risk Factors, select the checkbox next to Document Type. This enables Risk Score functionality for document types in the selected room.
- Note: Risk Scores are assigned within the Document Type profiles.
- To classify the total Risk Level, configure the range for each risk level using the slider: Adjust the values to define LOW, MEDIUM, and High-risk ranges.
- The numeric scale typically ranges from 0 to 100. These ranges can be manually modified based on organizational requirements.
- In the Score Display dropdown, select how the risk score should appear in folders
and document views:
- Combined – Displays both numeric score and risk label (e.g., LOW 0).
- Combined – Displays both numeric score and risk label (e.g., LOW 0).
- Label – Displays only the risk level (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH).

- This selected display value will be applied to folder grouping and classification in the By Risk Level view.
- After completing the configuration, click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen to apply the settings.
